Our bakery is born out of Monaco and Brive-la-Gaillarde, a small town outside of Bordeaux and brought to Aireys Inlet on the Great Ocean Road. Le Comptoir Bakehouse is our little slice of France on the Surf Coast. We’re up at 3am each morning crafting incredible pastries and baked goods because we love what we do.
